We do not offer exchanges of merchandise. If you would like a different unit than the one that you received, please return it for a full refund, and then purchase a new unit on the shop.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact customer service. We will do a quick validation of the damage with you, and then refund you for the full value of the product. Please note that damages need to be reported to us within 15 days of purchase.
